About the event

This annual training is mandatory for all WEOL Faculty & Instructors who teach on snow during the 2026 calendar year.


Attendance in person is required. A Zoom option does not exist. Arrangements must be made with the WEOL Director (Nate Smith) or Winter Coordinator (Travis Feist) if you are unable to attend.


Training Outline/Overview:

Park in main lot by the PE Building. Bring computer (optional) and smartphone to classroom. Leave ski/snowboard/avalanche equipment in vehicle.
